What time should I arrive?
The Door opens 10 minutes prior.
What should I bring?
Just bring yourself.
Dress in comfortable, stretchy clothing
All equipment provided, can bring own mat.
House Rules
Please clean mat with wipes after use
Light meal 1 hour before class
Heavy meal 3 hours before class
No drinking in class
Please leave shoes downstairs
Please turn off Mobile Phone
If wearing toenail polish please use yoga socks during inversions
If Menstruating No inversions
